The major banks have withdrawn their offer of 2.99% on a 5yr. term mortgage. It looks like using a well reputed mortgage broker may be the way to go at present. We can help if you need some names.

Inventory is low and young families love the 10,000 sq.ft. + lots in the Brookswood area of Langley so prices are rising. Many are removing the wall in the kitchen/livingroom area and creating a modern open floorplan.
